Samantha Manganaro

Samantha Manganaro graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011 and is admitted to all Courts in Maryland including the Federal Bar. Her primary area of practice is personal injury, including automobile collisions, trucking accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, and more. Samantha also handles criminal defense and wills and estates matters.

Service to the community and to her clients is extremely important to Samantha, who is Chair of the Youth Services Committee at the Key City Rotary Club, Paul Harris Fellow, and part of the Legislative Leader’s Circle with Maryland Association for Justice. Campen and Manganaro are also LYNX Partners with Frederick High School, teaching students about the strategies and skills required to have successful careers.

Samantha’s family brings her great joy. She met her husband Dave while attending Towson University in 2001. They married in 2008 and have two fun-loving, vivacious little boys, Frankie and Nolan.

Samantha is very communicative with her clients who understand she will go out of her way to think outside of the box to get results. She understands results are only obtained by knowing the facts, reading her client’s medical records thoroughly, and communicating their stories effectively.
